          The top handle broke when I was reeling in hose. It was made of plastic and really didn't have much of a chance of lasting. I can still reel hose without it but certainly more difficult. I need 3 hoses and this is just not beefy enough. I will getting something heavy duty next time.

            I am very happy with this product, very durable and well-made. Next time, I would like to purchase one that is housed in a box. Little hands like to get into the hose reel! However, so far no problems.
