The Hose Reel looks just like the picture; attractive and blends well with the flagstone in the patio area. However, the connections in the center and to the hose both seem to leak so when I turn on the water, there's quite a puddle all around the casing by the time I finish watering. I've re-assembled several times and can't seem to correct the problem. I've already disposed of the box it came in so I can't return it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend buying it because of this.

Just set up the hose reel, and it looks nice on my new patio...not too big and bulky. I like the fact that it is weather resistant, and blends nicely with the patio.
