It's ease of handeling is execeptional. I replaced one with one that winds itself up and got rid of it after three months and replaced it with another hosereel

2nd time I have owned this model, good improvement on strength of the reel "core" and handle which both broke after 7-years on first one. the rollers on hose guide were much better on first model, hense 1-step back
